Authorize.net is the long-standing legacy gateway from Visa, currently selling three plans. All-in-One bundles a merchant account at 2.9% + $0.30. Gateway Only ($25/mo + $0.10 per transaction + $0.10 daily batch) is the only published gateway-only price among tier-1 brands and pairs with a separate acquirer (Chase, Elavon, Fiserv).
Pulled directly from the vendor pricing page, verified 2026-06-19. We do not re-state any rate the vendor has not put in writing on their own site.
Authorize.net is best for merchants who already have a separate acquiring relationship (e.g. an existing Chase, Elavon, or Fiserv contract) and want a published gateway-only price they can model on a spreadsheet.
For a merchant without an existing acquirer, the All-in-One plan is at the same percentage as Stripe with an extra $25/month, so it only wins where the merchant needs the AIM/CIM Customer Information Manager features specifically.
The number on the homepage of Authorize.net is rarely the number a finance team books. Below are the line items that almost always show up, sourced from the same vendor pricing page where possible.
Long-standing legacy gateway, the only tier-1 brand publishing a true gateway-only price point. Useful when you already have a Chase / Elavon / Fiserv acquiring contract.
