These vendors publish a usable rate card on the open web. The headline rate they publish is the rate you actually pay, before add-ons (FX, dispute fees, fraud tooling).

Stripe

2.9% + $0.30 online cards, 0.8% ACH capped $5, two-tier dispute fees from 17 Jun 2025.

PayPal

3.49% + $0.49 standard, 2.89% + $0.49 Advanced Card, 4.99% + $0.09 micropayments.

Square

2.6-2.4% in-person across Free/Plus/Premium plans, 3.3-2.9% online, $0 chargeback fee.

Braintree

2.59% + $0.49 standard cards, 0.75% ACH capped $5, Venmo 3.49% + $0.49, $15 chargeback.

Shopify Payments

Card rate depends on Shopify plan: 2.9%-2.25% online plus the platform subscription fee.

Helcim

Published interchange-plus, margins from 0.40% to 0.15% by volume tier. No monthly fee, no contract.

Mollie

EEA consumer cards 1.80% + EUR 0.25, iDEAL EUR 0.32 flat, Bancontact 1.40%, SEPA EUR 0.35.

GoCardless

UK direct debit Standard 1% + 20p capped GBP 4, Advanced 1.25%, international 2% + 20p.

Adyen

Interchange-plus published model plus $0.13 processing fee; actual margin negotiated under contract.

BlueSnap

2.9% + $0.30 web/mobile domestic, +1% cross-border surcharge, $20 chargeback fee.

Apple Pay

No incremental merchant fee. Underlying gateway card rate applies; Apple monetises issuers.

Google Pay

No incremental merchant fee. Underlying gateway card rate applies. Compatible gateway required.

Razorpay

India: 2% domestic cards/UPI/wallets, 0.99% UPI QR, up to 3% international cards.

Wise Business

$31 USD one-time account fee, $6.11 domestic wire receive, ACH free on most routes, mid-market FX.

Quote-only vendors (10)

These vendors do not publish a rate card. You will get a real number only by signing an NDA or filling an RFP. See the RFP template for the questions that produce comparable quotes.

Worldpay (FIS)

No published enterprise rate card. Historical SMB starter plans have appeared and been withdrawn.

Fiserv (First Data)

Largest US acquirer by processed volume. Sold via Clover, Carat, and direct enterprise contracts.

Checkout.com

Interchange-plus per region. Margin and minimum monthly fee negotiated per contract.

Chase Payment Solutions

Custom-quoted interchange-plus. No public rate card. Best for existing Chase business-banking customers.

Elavon

US Bank-owned acquirer with interchange-plus negotiated per contract. No public rate card.

Global Payments

Tier-1 international acquirer. No public rate card; everything is contract-driven.

NMI

Gateway sold via ISVs and ISOs rather than direct to merchant. No direct-merchant published pricing.

2Checkout (Verifone)

Canonical pricing URL returns 404; 2Sell, 2Subscribe, 2Monetize plan tiers no longer documented.

Stax

Subscription model with pass-through interchange. Subscription tier and add-on no longer publicly listed.

Payment Depot

Membership model with pass-through interchange. Membership tiers no longer publicly priced.
